Job Description

This role is essential in aiding financial planning and analysis efforts, emphasizing the development of financial models, leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and contributing to strategic decision-making. This opportunity involves close collaboration with senior management, private equity investors, and cross-functional teams to achieve the organization's financial goals.

Financial Analysis:

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, including financial statement reviews, scenario assessments, trend evaluations, and prepare monthly management discussion and analysis (MD&A) reports
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and manage standardized reporting templates and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI for informed decision-making.

Strategic Planning and Budgeting:

  • Develop comprehensive budgeting models that account for detailed assumptions and strategic scenarios, Conduct periodic budget reviews, and support the formulation of long-term strategic plans, utilizing dynamic financial modeling and detailed growth forecasts.

Financial Reporting and Presentations:

  • Prepare financial reports, including monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements,
  • Utilize Advanced expertise in data manipulation, modeling and Microsoft Excel to design and implement new financial reports and modules

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting.
  • Background in management consulting, public accounting, or investment banking is a plus.
  • Candidates Must have a Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Power BI tools for creating dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) is preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with significant attention to detail.
