Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Full Stack Web Developer

Department: Augmented Intelligence Group

Reports to: Solutions Architect-Project Manager/CEO

Job Status: Full-time/Exempt 

Position Summary:

The Sr. Full Stack Web Developer is responsible for developing and implementing websites, web applications, application databases, and interactive web interfaces. Evaluate code to ensure that it is properly structured, meets industry standards, and is compatible with browsers and devices. Optimize website performance, scalability, and server-side code and processes. May develop website infrastructure and integrate websites with other computer applications. 

Essential Functions:

  • Write supporting code for Web applications or Web sites.
  • Design, build, or maintain Web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
  • Write effective APIs
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
  • Create security and data protection settings
  • Build features and applications with responsive design
  • Write technical documentation
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
  • Develop databases that support Web applications and Web sites.
  • Maintain understanding of current Web technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
  • 10+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Familiarity with common stacks
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries and frameworks (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React is a must , Angular)
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python) 
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • An analytical mind
