Job Title: Environmental Project Manager

Location: Baltimore, MD

Salary: $135,000 - 165,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and driven professionals for an Environmental Project Manager position to lead and manage projects involving CERCLA site investigation and remediation, with a focus on contaminants such as PFAS, chlorinated solvents, and other hazardous substances. Ideal candidates will bring a strong consulting background and deep expertise in managing complex environmental due diligence & remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and expand client relationships, identifying opportunities to deliver strategic environmental solutions.
• Collaborate with existing clients to define project scopes, develop comprehensive work plans, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare and manage task order proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Lead project execution with a focus on budget control, schedule adherence, and quality assurance.
• Oversee CERCLA site investigation and remediation activities, with emphasis on contaminants such as PFAS, chlorinated solvents, and other hazardous substances.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, technical project work, and project management
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with CERCLA, PFAS Investigation, and Remediation
• Technical experience with remedial strategies including but not limited to: soil excavation, thermal treatment, chemical oxidation, groundwater systems, and soil vapor extraction.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing proposals, budgets, and client communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
