Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and helpful responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and best practices
Identify and report recurring customer issues to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a call center or similar high-volume customer support environment
Bilingual skills are a plus
